Earlier today, a groundbreaking newspaper was founded in Columbus, with the main purpose of advertising the local hockey team. The paper, named the Columbus Times, expects to go bankrupt in about a week due to a lack of sales.
However, during that week it expects to have incredibly mediocre writing, complete with bad puns and several errors. In fact, the paper has already hired a top legal team, as it intends to falsify information in order to sell papers.
The new General Manager of the Columbus Blue Jackets, Kevin Smith, was reported to be pleased with the new paper, saying "I think I might read it, if I'm really bored".
In other Blue Jackets news, the team is reportedly looking to acquire attacking midfielder Guillermo Barros Schelotto from the nearby Columbus Crew, who have even worse attendance than the Blue Jackets.

Columbus Blue Jackets GM, Kevin Smith, was reported to be eagerly awaiting the chance to take on one of the best teams in the league in the first round of the playoffs.
"Coming in as the 7th seed, we're sort of the underdogs. But we've played well on the road for a while now, so we're confident we have a chance."
And it's true. Despite the Blue Jackets poor start under Mr. Smith, getting just 2 points (from 2 overtime losses) in their first 11 road games, they've gone 10-4-2 since. However that does include a 4-2 loss to the Kings on March 29th.
"We'll see what happens", concluded the clichéd GM, "We've got to go out there and give 110%. We just have toget pucks at the net, with traffic in front. If we play a full 60 minutes, I'm sure we'll get some results. But we have to take it one shift at a time."
He also mumbled something about hoping to avoid some upper body injuries - or worse, the dreaded lower body injury.
