i'm going back t my original thing of the cap u go over ur top player will be sat if u continue to not do anything about getting under i will release what ur team owes for u to get under. this will be checked up on each trade that gets entered and cap will be updated daily

i had given some thought and to change things up of doing things like if u were a playoff team u can only enter in 2 underagers while non gets 3

Or you could do something with winning percentages. Say... over .650 = 1 underager .500 to .650 = 2 underagers under .500 = 3 underagers (note: I'm at .652, so this has no personal bias behind it)

as of next season if u place a player on waivers theres no turning back and dealing him once on there he would need to clear in order to be traded.
